(1) My Facebook stream is full of appeals for money for cat charities, which I assume is because so many of my FB chums are cat lovers and surfing things like ‘help a cat for Christmas’. (2) Zeljko posted a video earlier in the week of a duet that I haven’t heard for years – duetto buffo di due gatti. (1) + (2) = sharing this. IMHO, the best recording of the duet. And apparently, it wasn’t written by Rossini at all, but was based on his Othello.
And at least the cat ads have pushed the big slipper ads off my page. What next? Slippers from cat fur?
