So Cirencester has introduced free parking after 3.00 during January and February, but for some it’s clearly too little too late. I’m not au fait with the history of the argument, so won’t comment on the parking issue, but will comment on the wonderful Oxfam book shop, where we found Unseen UK – a fabulous photobook of images taken by Britain’s postmen and postwomen, edited by none other than Stephen Gill.
