Another interesting find by one of the “Do not dump rubbish here” signs. I suppose it depends on your interpretation of the word “rubbish” and perhaps a healthy looking Poinsettia doesn’t count; alternatively, it could depend on the meaning of “dump” – this poor plant looks more abandoned than dumped. As ever, it’s merely a question of semantics.
