For someone who purports to know her pinot from her muscat, I know remarkably little about the process by which grapes get from vine to bottle. Seeing these apparent white and red grapes on the same vine prompted me to investigate further. My appetite has been whetted and I rather fancy going on a short wine appreciation course.
