I think my little car needs replacing, so looking around for a new one. The reflection inset shows the one on offer at the local garage, but I don’t really like it. I’m going to try and get my old one overhauled and see if I can get a few more thousand miles out of it.
Edit: 080813 I feel somewhat dischuffed by the salesman at the local garage. I won’t name and shame because I might need to use it in the future. When I was looking to change the car, he told me that he could do a really good deal if I bought a new car before the end of the month (i.e. the next day) and was adamant that on the first of August, the price was likely to go up by £500. Having just checked the latest prices, the garage still has exactly the same deal and price that it was offering at the the end of July. Hmmmm and they wonder why car dealers get a bad rep.
