As I’m always happy to be adventurous on the food-front, I’m surprised that I’ve never eaten razor clams, and was nearly tempted today. But as summer is finally here, and we’re barbecuing, I didn’t fancy them sliding around among the coals and crisping up to the point of inedibility, so this culinary delight will have to wait for another day.
