Disappointed with the strobe lights of Piccadilly Circus, we headed along Piccadilly, making a quick stop at Vine St. Vine St is somewhat disappointing, a rather dull cul-de-sac that leads to the tradesmen entrance of Le Meridien Hotel. It appeared on the original Monopoly board by virtue of being home to the Magistrate’s Court – all the orange locations had connections with the Law. The court is no longer there and we couldn’t even see where it might have been. After this, it was a quick bus ride along Piccadilly to Hyde Park Corner, for some pics of Park Lane and the underpass. Next stop food!
