A flurry of snow today – an unusual occurrence here and one that no-one took any notice off. We still continue to cycle, dog-walk and smoke outside. My excitement for the day was a trip to “Snow and Rock’ for the acquisition of thermal underwear,toe warmers and hand warmers. The salesman promises me that with that little lot I’ll be “warm and toasty” – I hope he’s right!
