This photo was taken at precisely 4.42 this morning – the time of sunrise. It was positioned as such, since the sun’s rays were supposed to shine through the London Eye ins a sort of modern Stonehenge type of way. But the sharp-eyed amongst you will notice the missing ingredient …. yes, another dark grey to light grey dawning, but I think we’ve come to expect this now. The grey on grey was just too unexciting, so I’ve added a tad of pink but have stopped short of changing the sky. As always, fantastic fun had on Photo 24 (although I confess, for me, it was really Photo 17) and a few of my pix can be found below.
